Acceptable Use Policy

1. Illegal and prohibited conduct

You may not use the Services to:

• infringe or misuse anyone's intellectual property, privacy, publicity rights (such as their voice or likeness) or other rights, whether that person is living or dead;
• upload, process, store or try to create illegal content;
• deceive or manipulate others, including through spoofing, phishing or pyramid schemes, or to gain unauthorised access to sensitive information such as financial or health data;
• mislead others about whether content, including output from the Services, was generated by AI;
• use synthetic speech or images to pass as a real person, or to imitate a real person's voice or likeness without their consent;
• upload, store or send content that contains viruses, malware or other harmful code;
• send spam or other unsolicited messages;
• engage in, promote or facilitate obscene, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, threatening or violent activity, online or offline, including disclosing sensitive information without permission or inciting violence against people or animals;
• promote or take part in discrimination, bigotry or incitement to violence against any person or group because of their race, religion, ethnicity, national origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or any other such characteristic;
• generate or promote violent threats, terrorism or hateful content;
• get around, compromise or break into someone else's systems or property;
• design, make or obtain weapons intended to harm or kill people;
• facilitate human trafficking, sexual violence or any other form of exploitation;
• facilitate the trade in illegal goods, services or substances;
• carry out any practice prohibited by Article 5 of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689), such as social scoring or manipulative techniques that cause significant harm;
• engage in or facilitate any other illegal conduct; or
• do anything that Invergent determines, on legal advice, would expose it to liability.

2. Child safety

You may not use the Services to:

• create, share or promote sexual material involving minors, content that exploits or sexualises children, or age-inappropriate content aimed at minors, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and graphic violence;
• facilitate, promote or take part in any form of child abuse;
• contribute to cyberbullying or harassment, including by creating content that shames, humiliates or threatens others; or
• design services that encourage, or are meant to encourage, compulsive or excessive use by minors.

3. No disruption

You may not, and may not try to:

• reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Services, or obtain their source code or the data used to build them, except where the software is released under an open-source licence that allows it;
• access the Services by unauthorised means, such as scraping or crawling;
• get around security measures, such as CAPTCHA checks;
• override or get around safety filters, security controls or access controls, or deliberately make our models act against our policies;
• disable or interfere with the Services;
• monitor traffic on the Services without our permission;
• probe, scan, penetrate or test the vulnerability of our systems or networks without our written permission; or
• access other customers' data or accounts without their express permission.

4. Others

You may not allow or encourage anyone else to do any of the above.

5. Enforcement

We may monitor compliance with this Policy and investigate possible breaches. If we decide that you have breached this Policy, or are reasonably likely to, we may remove content or suspend or end your access to the Services, as your Agreement allows.

Whatever your Agreement says, we may report activity we suspect is illegal to law enforcement, regulators or other appropriate third parties, and cooperate with their investigations. Our report may include information related to the breach.

6. Reporting a breach

If you learn of a suspected breach of this Policy, tell us at support@invergent.ai and explain why you believe it is one. We may ask you to help us stop or remedy the breach, and you agree to cooperate.
